The Charleston, South Carolina downtown multifamily market presents unique differences as compared to conventional buildings. Accolent Real Estate Co. can deliver outsized returns to its investors by focusing on:

  • Student Housing – Downtown Charleston. The College of Charleston, Charleston School of Law, Medical University of South Carolina, and the Citadel are all within 2 miles of Accolent Real Estate Co.’s PE Fund I. Accordingly, these institutions do not typically offer student housing; the properties which are the subject of Fund I can deliver outsized returns to investors as students are willing to pay relatively exorbitant rents to live in downtown Charleston.
